SHIPPING & RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the receipt date. To return an item send an email to info@value-rising.co.uk with a detailed description of the fault, along with the order number/reference.

We aim to process and refund your return ASAP, but on occasions, it may take up to 28 days UK for your return to be processed.

If you haven't received a refund and it has been more than 28 days UK since you posted your returns, please get in touch with us with a picture of your proof of postage receipt.
